Boycott Subway Sandwich Shops: The author of Political Trivia calls for an immediate boycott of all Subway sandwich shops! The national sandwich chain is running a nationwide essay contest for school children and the rules specifically EXCLUDE home-schooled children. The contest designers intentionally and specifically singled out home-schooled children as ineligible to enter the contest.

Democrats Block Cheaper Gas: Democrats today blocked a vote to allow drilling for new domestic supplies of oil.
Face it folks, the only way we're going to bring down gas prices significantly and for an enduring period is to increase the supply. You cannot conserve your way out of competition for existing supplies. The more you conserve, the more oil is available for China and India to buy.
If we want lower prices, we need more oil. Democrats continue to block that solution. Next time you fill your tank, thank a Democrat for the cost.
